To prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the transformative experience awaiting you at the Sacred Renewal Retreat, we invite you to begin your journey of purification even before you arrive.

If your current routine includes stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, sugar, alcohol, diet drinks, drugs, or any products that artificially boost your metabolism, we strongly encourage you to abstain from them for at least two weeks leading up to your stay. Cleansing your system ahead of time will allow for a deeper, more meaningful immersion into the retreat and help you connect more fully to the healing energies around you. Please note that we will be offering coffee at breakfast only, and no alcohol will be served during the retreat.

We also recommend that you maintain consistency in your cardio routine before you arrive, as it will prepare your body for the invigorating activities we have planned. In addition, be mindful to increase your water intake—hydration is key to supporting your energy flow and vitality during this retreat.

By embracing a more natural and pure approach to your diet and habits, you will experience less discomfort and reap the full benefits of your journey toward becoming a more vibrant, empowered version of yourself.
